The promotion begins immediately and ends at 11:59 p.m. on April 3. This sweepstakes is open to currently enrolled students with active campus card accounts at South Dakota State University; employees directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible. Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $25 in flex added to their campus card during the promotion period; partial increments do not qualify for additional entries. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the week following April 3 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be administered by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes, and odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Selected winner(s) will be notified using the official university email address and/or telephone number associated with their campus card account. If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification, additional attempts may be made; however, failure to respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner at random from remaining eligible entries.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. All experiences are subject to scheduling availability and applicable campus policies. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its representatives to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, video, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of receiving a prize, winner(s) may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and any required tax documentation within seven (7) business days of notification. Prizes will only be awarded upon receipt and verification of all required documentation. If notification is undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to complete required documents, or otherwise does not comply with these terms, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and all university policies. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
